As much as that sucks, I want to remind you that you are a SURVIVOR, wounds, bruises, pieces lost along the way, but a SURVIVOR.
Breathe deep, breathe into the changes we’re all undergoing, breathe into your connection with the Divine, forgive yourself and others (at least disconnect from their harm).
Focus on your personal transformation and well-being.
