A love letter to yourself.

List the things you love.

List the things you like.

List the things you admire.  About yourself!


Keep this handy.

Re-read it frequently.

Remind yourself.

Write post-its and stick them around your bathroom mirror, on your fridge, anywhere you look frequently.

Don’t look away.

In fact, look in the mirror and tell yourself those things.

And if you wake up one day not feeling super, just look yourself square in the eyes and say, “Honey, you got this.  Your inner beauty is doing the hard work today.  Just let it run with it; you’re gonna be fine.”

Love yourself.
