Cucumber Cool
How to stay cool as a cucumber when someone pisses you off
Did you just blow it again?
In spite of your best intentions, did somebody get under your skin and really irk you?
Is you blowing it really pissing you off?
Do you wish you had better control over those situations and over yourself?
Are you just pushed to the limit, the absolute limit, and you’ve freakin’ had it?
Do you want to be way more Zen?
When people move into your zone do you want to have the inner control to show them the door before you lose your cool?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have peace within yourself even if the outer circumstances aren’t the best?
- You can absolutely be the inner cool cucumber.
- You can navigate difficult circumstances with grace.
- You can work through challenges and feel good.
Here are some action steps:
🌈 Start by taking a deep breath in. Let it out and as you do, let out all the toxins, let out all the anger –yours and theirs, and feel peace fill all that space that was filled with anger.
🌈 Why? Why did that piss you off? Is their issue with you valid? Are you upset because it’s something that you are afraid to deal with?
🌈 Keep breathing. Keep inhaling peace and exhaling upset.
🌈 Or, is what they’re doing unjust? Breathe in peace, breathe out mad.
🌈 If it’s unjust, look for the right action to take. If you’re not sure what that is, pray for wisdom.
🌈 Breathe.
🌈 If it’s something that is your problem, breathe in forgiveness for yourself, and breathe out the anger that you have for yourself.
🌈 Breathe in. Forgive the other person.
🌈 Breathe out. Forgive yourself. And know that you do have sovereignty within your life, and the right to be a healthy happy you.
🌈 Take right actions, including loving and valuing yourself no matter what.
🌈 If you need to apologize, do so. Do what you need to do to fix the situation.
🌈 Know that you are good, you are loved, you are needed, and you are beautiful.

Your temperament, anger management, and overall mood can be positively impacted by eating naturally-fermented pickles.
Yup, cucumbers. These homemade pickles provide your intestines with the healthy bacteria (pro-biotics) that are necessary for balanced moods, proper absorption of nutrients, and creation and processing of hormones.
Cool it — eat a pickle!
