Choose Your Healing Priorities
When you are emerging from an abusive relationship, there is an amazing amount of healing to do.
So that you don’t get overwhelmed,
pick 3 top priority items or areas that you want to work on
Write those down whether it’s in your journal or on your phone or your computer or however you want to write it down but put it down “on paper” in one way or another.
Here’s a list of possible areas to work on:
- Physical wounds
- Emotional wounds
- Spiritual wounds
- Overtaxed or completely shot adrenal system
- Poor eating habits
- Inappropriate self-soothing/addictions
- Living arrangements
- Soul ties to the ex
