Instructions:

Make the Peace sign: Touch the Thumb with the tips of Ring and Little fingers as shown in the picture. You do this on both hands.

Keep your spine straight to help the incoming energy distribute well throughout your body and energy field.  Recommended duration is 10 minutes but for good results do 30 to 45 minutes. You can do thie mudra while participating in everyday life, but put some focus into it.  Good coming in with inhale; problems going out with exhale.
