Patreon Is The New Place
My newsletter platform decided to limit y’all — some of you won’t get the newsletter I just emailed to you.
And because of that, I’m switching all newslettery stuff plus probably most community gatherings over to my page on Patreon.
I hope you’ll join us there!
It is not a perfect platform, but it does let people talk about everything –unlike TikTok– and it does a much better job with sending out emails to you (or you can choose not to get emails, or just once a week, or whatever).
You don’t have to get the app on your phone — you can just do everything on your computer — but you can get the app and receive notifications on your phone.
We can make community chat rooms, share fun recipes, talk about what’s going on, grow your spiritual / emotional skills, and network. Ya, you can talk and get to know each other, and quite possibly find people you’d like to do business with.
I might start holding the Soul Garden group coaching on Patreon instead of Zoom. Not sure. I’d love to get your input/feedback.
If you know me from TikTok, I might start doing lives on Patreon. Please let me know if there is a format you’d be interested in.
Patreon does have some glitches as a platform, and is dealing with getting ripped off by Apple. So if you do join a membership there, make sure you do it on your computer / not through Apple. (Apple’s been taking ~30% and not properly signing people up for what they pay for).
So many thoughts, so much I’m thinking about.
