Eat:
- all oils except for palm and coconut
- nuts and seeds
- avocados
- olives
- dark chocolate
- drink lots of water
Avoid:
- salt
- highly processed foods
- excess carbs (no white breads, pastas, etc.)
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- tea
- coffee
- sodas
4 400 cal meals each day, no more than 4 hours apart, a moofa at every meal
