  1. Make the okay sign with your right hand.
  2. Stick your left thumb up through the O.
  3. Interlace and clasp all other fingers.
  4. Keep left thumb up straight.
  5. Hold in front of you on your lap or in front of lower abdomen.

Increases your body’s resistance to colds and bronchial infections.  Gives power to the lungs.  Burns accumulated phlegm.  Boosts the body’s energy and heat.

As you’re doing the mudra, you’ll feel heat emanating from your chest and throat areas.

Helps to relieve asthma.

Be sure to drink lots of good clean water, juice, and eat healthily, including healthy fats.

Don’t do this mudra for extended periods of time.

Helps with low blood pressure.
