Kalesvara Mudra

Calms the mind and helps to counter-balance grief.

It is powerful and can change character traits and eliminates addictive behavior.

Instructions:

Touch the middle fingers of both hands together at the tips. The first two joints of the index finger and the thumbs should touch. Hold at chest height, middle fingers pointing out, thumbs pointing to your chest.  Hold for 3 minutes.  Breathe long, deep, and slow.

Feels like a warm hug and comfort food.  Use before a big game, meeting, or confrontation to prepare, build confidence.  Use after a rejection to recover.  Visualize yourself releasing the feelings of loss, regret, and pain.  Remember that the Universe is looking out for you and setting up what is best for you, but it will follow your directions: if you focus on loss, that’s what it will give you.  Use this mudra to release the feelings of loss and refocus on what you do want.  Focus on your success.
