I’ve been observing astrology, “testing” it, since I worked in a veterinarian’s office and they told me to look out, a full moon was coming and I should be prepared for weirdness.

If I hadn’t had full respect for them and known them to be realllly truly good people with their heads on straight, I would have blown off their warning.  Remembered their words, but put them in the back files.

It’s a good thing they told me, because they were absolutely right, and it was the kind of terrible and bizarre that you really do need to gird your loins for.

Five car accident victims, the first full moon.  Five dog fight victims the next.  And we were in a very nice area where stuff like that was extremely rare.  Maybe one per year.  Not five in 24 hours.

That got me to sit up and take notice.  This was not my grandma’s newspaper horoscope.

The word bedlam came to mind.  The old insane asylum.  Lunacy.  The loony bin.  Loony Tunes.

Even after I stopped working at the vet’s office, I payed attention, and it continued to track.

I wondered what other parts of astrology would make sense, and Mercury Retrograde came to mind.  So, I payed attention to that, and eventually learned how to work with it.  Lemme know if you’d like to learn, too!  It made a huge improvement for me — Merc Rx happens 3 times every year.  Like clockwork.  Like lunar cycles.

When my personal womanly cycle finally normalized, I noticed that its rhythm was connected to the moon.

That was about the extent of my exposure to astrology until a bunch of us friends were sitting around in a college dorm room waiting for that one friend who was always fabulously late for going out.  Someone spotted an astrology book, much to our surprise, because Sara wasn’t someone any of us took to be woo-woo.  At all.  She said, “Well, take a look, it surprised me, but fits me well.”  Someone grabbed the book, noticed Sara’s section was for a certain astrological sign, asked if anyone else in the room was that sign, and 9 of us raised our hands!  That was surprising enough, but when she read descriptions out loud, they fit all of us!  And we were a varied bunch, or so we thought.

That’s when I opened up to the greater idea of astrology on a broad scale.

We all payed attention to what was happening in our lives, compared notes, and discovered that the accuracy was astounding.

Fast forward to today and you:  pay attention.  You may already feel things in motion, you may have unexplained anxiety or uneasiness.  Never ever dismiss them.

If you want to get into deeper connection with your intuition, take my course and/or get the book or PDF.

Our feelings are powerful and accurate; they’re intricately part of our spiritual sensing and communication system.  Use them well.
