If your fingernails are brittle, breaking, cracking, or wimpy weak, there may also be a nutritional deficiency going on.  Try eating more raw fruits and vegetables and cutting back on gluten-containing products, especially anything with wheat, like pasta, bread, etc.  If your nails are yellowed from underneath, you may also have a yeast infection, which can be systemic.  That means it’s running through your whole body, and you’ve got to take a serious approach to fight it.  See some of our nutrition and alternative medicine posts below for guidance.
