The leaves fall and touch the ground for their first time.

It leaves the tree free to nourish the other parts of itself. It’s especially important for upcoming times of hardship not to be encumbered.

When you need to be standing tall without getting knocked over by the winds — which are just doing their thing — make sure you let go of all excess baggage, regardless of how much work you put into it or how much time you spent gathering it.

Where I live, it is now Fallen.

The leaves have all fallen. Everything is gray and green. Winter is licking us. You can see your breath on the air, and it’s not cute. It’s dangerous if you’re unprepared, don’t have the right supplies and shelter. Deadly.

But if you are all set, Winter in the North is gorgeous. I would rather deal with a blizzard than hurricanes. And yes, that’s part of why I live here, even though Cold literally hurts me.

Who knows what our future is bringing? We can be pretty sure it includes harder storms in ways we have never faced.

I taught how to use your courage and ingenuity in the last Soul Garden Club party. If you become a club member, you’ll have access to that recording and previous ones. You can get a 60% off coupon code, only good through December, and only through my Newsletter.

Remember: courage is using fear to fuel right action

I have been in a number of terrifying situations.

NEVER deny your fear or any other emotion. Use them to guide and empower you.

If you’d like to learn how to do that and apply it to transforming your relationship with yourself, join my new Empath Transformation Program. Comment EMPATH and I’ll get you the info.

Letting go of the old that no longer is right for us can be painful and sad, but it frees us to new growth and strength. The leaves decay and nourish the soil and ecosystem, which nurtures us.

What are you letting go of in this season? Comment and let me know. I love hearing from you!
