I love this video of eye exercises. Very informative and effective and pretty quick, I think only about 8 minutes. Great especially, if like me, you spend way too much time looking at the computer. These exercises help to improve myopia (nearsightedness), dry eyes, etc. I’ve started doing these eye exercises every morning when I start my work day. Eventually, they’ll kick in and I’ll remember all of them independently, but for the time being it’s nice being able to follow along with the video. I hope to be able to see with perfect alignment without my contact lenses, soon! I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts to correct myopia for decades, but I think my real problem is multiple astigmatisms.
