I recently had the honor of leading a wonderful employee wellness workshop focusing on mindfulness and meditation practices for high-pressure positions.
These dedicated, powerful people needed creative ways to discharge extreme stress and leave work at work. They needed to be able to go home and have healthy lives outside of work so that they could come back in refreshed, recharged, and pulling together as a team.
That’s what they did in the workshop, and I taught them additional techniques to use on their own, both individually and as a group. I tailored these techniques to their unique situations.
It was nice to see the stress and frustration lift from their faces. (Yup, it was a Zoom meeting). They were happier, more relaxed, and felt more empowered.
