The National Park Service in the United States has webcams up. Here’s the link to see Glen Canyon National Park, in Utah. It’s under some discussion because a large amount of water from Lake Powell is diverted to regional metropolitan areas in desert dry areas.
The debate is how to balance growth and convenience for humans against the environment and its available resources. Some people say that we should cut back on new building and human expansion. Other people say that our country was founded on forging our way through inhospitable territory.
