Benefits:

  1. It is very useful in acute attacks of bronchial asthma.
  2. It helps in dilation of the bronchial tubes.
  3. It regulates oxygen intake.

Method: Keep the middle finger on the tip of the thumb, the ring finger on the upper thumb joint and the little finger at the base of the thumb. Extend the index finger.

Specialty:  Relieves negative feelings and moods.

Time Duration: 10 minutes
