This mudra helps to reduce panic, anxiety, and the vata element within the body.

Vata is directly intertwined with loving yourself, with joy, compassion, unity, and expansion. It is seated in the pelvic region, in and around the intestines, and bones.

Directions:
- Press tip of the index finger pressed lightly against root of the thumb. Second and third finger touch the inner tip of the thumb.
