Want to learn how to handle anxiety naturally, either totally without or with minimal pharmaceuticals?
A number of people have asked me to teach a class on this, but I need to know what you want:
- a short intro class?
- a series of classes every week for a month?
- what time and day of the week?
- what are you currently doing to handle your anxiety?
- how bad is your anxiety?
- what goals do you have for the class?
