Here’s method I’d never heard of before! Seems to give some results though. Does it matter which hand you use? Can you do both together?
One hand, either hand, both hands — mudras work to relieve headaches and other problems even when you do them in a variety of ways. It does help with concentrating on the end solution that you want, however, if you use both hands. Also, if you need to seal out other people’s energies, it is important to use both hands. But just for curing a headache that has its genesis within you, you can use one hand. So, one hand while driving, talking on the phone, cooking, during a meeting, etc. is totally fine. If the mudra helps get rid of your headache while you’re in the midst of your daily life, do it the way that works for you!
