The new fitness Latin dancing exercise that’s fun, happy-dancing, and a great way to lose weight. Some people spell it Zoomba, but Zumba or Zoomba, it’s based on the Latin dance called the Rhumba. Not hard to do, Zumba is a fantastic way to work up a sweat and improve your cardio-vascular, brain, and organ health. Did you know that working up a sweat does the first major step of the liver’s job? Good for you, good for your looks, great for your outlook on life. Live Well!!

yoga is great, but Zumba is so much fun!…
Sounds great. It’s good to get practical exercise, I mean exercise in others ways besides the traditional methods. That helps break things up0 and a change of pace is good!
