Healing Studio in Eliot
A healing session with me, Heather Cate, is soothing, energizing, clearing. It lifts burdens, releases pains and overwhelm, creates clarity and directed purpose, and calls in the good that is waiting for you.

We meet either in person, in Eliot, Maine, or by phone, Skype, Facebook, or email.
If we’re meeting in person,
you can choose to sit comfortably in a big cushy chair, recline on a massage table, lay on the floor, or sit cross-legged in front of the fire. In nice weather, we can go for a walk on a quiet country lane, or do a ceremony at a local beach. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable and helps you the most! Wear comfortable clothes so that you can relax and move freely.
If we’re meeting by phone or Skype,
I recommend providing yourself with a similar situation as the above: quiet, peaceful, private, where you won’t be interrupted. However, if you really need a psychic reading and spiritual healing Right Now, we can absolutely do it, even if you’re on a bus or surrounded by screaming kids. You just need to be able to concentrate long enough to communicate with me and I’ll take it from there.
Don’t worry if you’ve had some freaky experiences; this is a judgment-free zone.
Freaky Experiences are what brought me to do what I do, and kind and wonderful people helped me get here, just as I’ll help you. It’s those experiences that guide us in the direction Spirit has called us to, and it’s the magick of Love and Light that can help you accomplish miracles. What’s a typical healing session like?
While every healing session is truly unique, brand new clients often like to start with a cold reading, talk about it, then flow from there. A cold reading means you don’t tell me anything about you or your situation or about what issues you’d like to work on, and I do a psychic reading to pinpoint the primary issues that Spirit wants us to work with right then. Sometimes I use tarot and angel cards, sometimes I’m guided to give you messages directly from Spirit and/or from your loved ones, and often there’s both.
If you’d like to tell me where you want to start, or if we’ve already talked about what’s going on for you, that is great, too. Everything else depends on what you need and what you are most comfortable with. While you may be dealing with some tough issues, I want you to leave feeling better than when you came in. If you’re interested, I may suggest nutritional, herbal, energetic, and lifestyle changes for you to work on after the session.
When can I see you in person?
Healing sessions at the Eliot, Maine studio are limited: Mondays, between noon and 6pm; Tuesdays, between 10 am and 6pm; Wednesdays, between 10 am and 1 pm. Call 603-617-4963 to schedule.
How do I set up a session with you?
Make your payment and include your phone number and your preferred times, and I will call you to work out the details. You are welcome to call me with any questions, but your appointment is not locked in until I’ve received your payment.
Which length of session should I pick?
- For quick insight, a touch-up, or “sampler”, try the 20-minute session
- For in-person sessions, you must purchase at least a 1-hour session. If we’ve never seen each other before and you have heavy-duty, long-term stuff you’re ready to work on, I’d recommend at least the 1.5-hour session.
- For on-going support, get the 3-month package.
