We meet as a group by phone once a week for an hour and a half, and then you  have a personal private phone coaching session with Heather Cate for a half hour each week.  Class size is limited to 20 people in order to facilitate the exchange of ideas during the group class and to allow everyone to participate fully and ask as many questions as they like.  The small number of students also allows for everyone to have personal coaching sessions with Heather Cate each week.
