Eat:

  • all oils except for palm and coconut
  • nuts and seeds
  • avocados
  • olives
  • dark chocolate
  • drink lots of water

Avoid:

  • salt
  • highly processed foods
  • excess carbs (no white breads, pastas, etc.)
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • tea
  • coffee
  • sodas

4 400 cal meals each day, no more than 4 hours apart, a moofa at every meal
