How are your kids doing in school? Hyper?

Yay! They’re back to school! More free time. Well, not exactly free, but unless you’re homeschooling, things have probably shifted back to the school year schedule for you, the parent of young’uns.

Your kid(s) are probably actually ok with going back, because they got just bored enough in the last two weeks not to mourn the end of their freedom.

If your kids are really active, you may be thrilled that they are back to school. But wouldn’t it be nice to enjoy their company all the time? And if you’re giving them Ritalin, Strattera, Concerta, or any of the other anti-hyper, ADD/ADHD drugs, do you wonder if you’re doing the right thing?

You’re in the right place, then! Peacock & Paisley will have a series of blog posts on this topic, asking the questions that parents and caregivers ask themselves and giving some information with helpful, healthy, easy alternatives. These alternatives will help you and your kids, and probably, you’ll all end up liking each other better.
