“I was surprised at how well Heather was able to articulate feelings that I hadn’t really been aware of, like past-life issues. My initial thoughts were discomfort because it’s out of the realm of my world view, but Heather really caught the connection. I had tons of aha moments during our session. Heather Cate has this innate ability to make the connection to those past lives, which because I was caught up in living it wasn’t clear or obvious to me in any way. When you’re feeling sadness, anger, anxiety that you can’t pinpoint the source of, Heather is tremendously helpful.
