“I was surprised at how well Heather was able to articulate feelings that I hadn't really been aware of, like past-life issues. My initial thoughts were discomfort because it's out of the realm of my understanding of the world view, but Heather really caught the connection. I had tons of aha moments during our session. I burst into tears - “oh my god, it finally makes sense, now I can understand my behaviors.” What you believed to be true about things actually has some real meaning if you understand what happened in a past life.

Heather Cate has this innate ability to catch those scenes today to be able to help make the connection to those past lives, which because I was caught up in living it wasn't clear or obvious to me in any way.

Sometimes when we feel something, we feel this isolation in feeling it. Heather was really able to hone in on those things and articulate them, which made me feel less alone, less isolated, less crazy. The feeling felt more identifiable and much more reasonable.

When you're feeling sadness, anger, anxiety that you can’t pinpoint the source of, Heather is tremendously helpful. Having someone sitting right there who understands and feels this took some of the mystery about why I was feeling it out of it, made it make more sense, put into a context that helped me to understand myself.

I would never in a million years have come to that understanding, but the minute Heather said it, I instantly understood. It was HUGE for me, and incredibly helpful. I was interested in past life information after having seen Dr. Oz on Oprah, and wanted to learn more about it, but had no idea how helpful it would be to me personally.

Heather is able to physically connect with things her clients are not consciously aware of yet. For me, as a breast cancer survivor and someone who was in the process of undergoing cancer treatments with traditional doctors, I have to say that working with Heather is more personal and intimate than a physician sticking a scalpel in me, and certainly less painful.

What she gives you in a session is herself and your self. The experience is intimate, encouraging, uplifting, intense, and tremendously healing. It legitimately helped me. I felt a genuine understanding of what I am going through, what my past life was all about, how the past and present fit together, and how I can move forward in a healthy way that honors my true core.
